Our made-to-measure service is designed for clients who are looking for a more personal, precise, or sculptural brimless hat. Starting from one of our existing shapes — or from a completely new idea — we can develop a beret, pillbox, or brimless hat that is tailored to your vision.

This service allows us to adjust the height, angle, width, volume, and overall proportion of the hat so that the final piece feels balanced, comfortable, and visually right for your face, hairstyle, and styling needs.

You can also choose from different materials and color directions. Depending on the design, we work with options such as natural straw, sisal straw, raffia, and other seasonal materials. We also offer a Custom Color Service for clients looking for a more specific tone.

Whether you are looking for a refined everyday piece, a statement silhouette, or a more sculptural occasion hat, the made-to-measure service gives you the freedom to create something more individual than a standard model.

Atelier Recommendation

We strongly recommend visiting our atelier in Lisbon to explore shapes, compare materials and colors, try proportions in person, and receive a personal recommendation. Brimless hats are highly dependent on balance and fit, and the atelier visit is the best way to arrive at the right result.
